This website is run by Louise May, trading as Wildmoor Creative, a design and photography business based in Devon. This policy explains what information I collect through wildmoorcreative.co.uk, why I collect it, and what your rights are. If anything here is unclear, email me at hello@loumay.co.uk and I will explain it plainly.

What I collect

When you contact me through the form on this site, by email, or by WhatsApp, I collect the details you choose to send: usually your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you tell me about your enquiry. I only ask for what I need to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work.

Like most websites, this site also collects some anonymous information about how visitors use it, through analytics. This does not identify you personally. It tells me which pages are read and how people find the site, so I can make it more useful.

Why I collect it

I use your enquiry details to reply to you, to give you a quote, and to carry out any work you go on to book. I use the anonymous analytics to understand how the site is performing. I do not send marketing emails unless you have asked me to, and I never sell your information to anyone.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are set by analytics to count visits. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and declining the analytics ones will not stop the site working.

Who else is involved

A few trusted services help me run the site and the business. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Analytics are provided by Google. These providers only process your information on my behalf and under their own data protection terms. I do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as I need them to answer you and, if we work together, for as long as I need them for that project and my business records. After that they are deleted. If you would like me to delete your details sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To do any of these, email me at hello@loumay.co.uk. If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. This version was last updated on 3 September 2026.
