Case study

Citadel Financial Solutions

Brand, website and client-facing materials for a regulated financial advisory firm, all built to say the same steady thing.

Sector

Financial services, regulated

Scope

Brand, website, client materials

Relationship

Ongoing partner

The brief

Citadel are financial advisers, and for a regulated firm trust is the whole product. Someone deciding who to hand their pension to forms a judgement in seconds, before a word is read.

So the job was to build a brand and a website that carry the same weight as the practice behind them, and to keep every piece the firm puts in front of a client saying the same thing.

The site now

What it looks like today

A clear, professional presence that signals the stability a financial adviser needs to convey.

Outcome

What changed for the business

01

A website that does the job

A complete, professionally built site where a prospective client can find the firm, understand what it offers and get in touch.

02

A brand that reads as trustworthy

An identity built to signal stability and professionalism at a glance, which is exactly what a regulated firm needs its brand to do.

03

Client materials that match

The work runs beyond the website into the digital and printed pieces the firm puts in front of clients, so the whole presence holds together.

04

An ongoing partnership

Several years on I still look after it, working as an extension of their small team.

“Louise has been instrumental in supporting us in delivering high-quality client-facing material and the development of our website. Her professionalism and creative input have significantly enhanced the quality of the customer-facing material, both digital and traditional. Excellent at working collaboratively with us, we consider Louise a trusted partner and in many ways an extension of our small team.”
